Role : Gen AI Engineer

Specialized in Machine Learning & Gen AI, with deep skills in model design, fine-tuning, experimentation, deployment, and monitoring using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and tools like MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Proficient in LLMs & AI frameworks, including OpenAI, BERT, LLaMA, Gemini, RAG pipelines, Vector DBs, and AI agent design with a strong focus on prompt engineering, security, and compliance.

Skilled in ML and scalable AI deployment, with hands-on experience in in LLM integration, RAG architectures, Vector DBs, and AI agent frameworks, with emphasis on responsible AI, authentication, and prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and fine-tune LLMs and Generative AI models for diverse business use cases.

- Build, integrate, and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with Vector DBs.

- Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Implement AI agent frameworks, focusing on scalability, adaptability, and automation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions, from prototyping to production.

- Ensure responsible AI practices, covering compliance, authentication, and secure deployments.

- Drive innovation in prompt engineering and optimize LLM performance for accuracy and efficiency.

- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve deployed AI/ML systems.
