Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MIS Accounts Professional who will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial & operational reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting management in decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts, financial reporting, and MIS development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and present accurate MIS reports related to accounts, costing, and financial data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.
  • Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial performance.
  • Coordinate with accounts, finance, and operations teams for data accuracy.
  • Provide insights to management for cost optimization and profitability improvements.
  • Manage reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Streamline reporting processes and automate MIS where possible.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 6–8 years of experience in Accounts & MIS reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the manufacturing/printing & packaging industry will be an advantage.
