About the RoleWe seek a highly organized, deadline-driven Senior Audit Coordinator to lead and manage the coordination between the Finance and Audit teams across Barcode, EY, and HUL. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in project management or administrative leadership roles, with a proven track record of developing structured workflows, establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and leading cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a process-oriented, high-accountability environment and has a passion for operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the Post Campaign Audit process to ensure clear and accurate billing for all campaigns. Design, document, and implement SOPs to streamline the audit coordination process across internal and external stakeholders. Lead and supervise a small team responsible for maintaining audit documentation and ensuring adherence to audit timelines.

Maintain all audit folders and related documentation with a focus on structure, accuracy, and timeliness. Coordinate and monitor tasks and deadlines across Finance and Audit teams, including Barcode, EY, and HUL.Proactively track progress and escalate delays, ensuring timely resolution of any pending tasks. Serve as the primary point of contact for audits and provide biweekly updates to senior management on all active audits and process improvements.

Continuously identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency within the audit coordination function. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 3–4 years of experience in project coordination, audit operations, or administration with a strong background in setting up and managing SOPs and team leadership.

Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a focus on process optimization. Proven experience in establishing and managing structured workflows.

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, , or equivalent). Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
