Role: Reliability Engineer

Required Technical Skills: Familiar with typical reliability test procedures

Experience: 3-10 years

Location: Bangalore

Must Have Skill:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or experimental setting.

  • Familiar with typical reliability test procedures, e.g., environmental, mechanical testing.

  • Understanding of failure analysis techniques (X-Ray, CT, SEM/EDS, FTIR, XPS, CSAM) is a plus.

  • Fluent in English, should be capable of speaking, listening, reading and writing

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with and manage relationships with external vendors.

  • Experience with lab management is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage small projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.

  • Proactive and results-driven, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally
