Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About Us

Fx Retina is a performance-driven digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing. We are looking for a dedicated full-time in-house accountant who can manage accounting, payroll, and certain administrative support tasks to ensure smooth financial and operational functioning of the company.

Core Responsibilities (Accounting & Finance)

  • Maintain proper accounting records using Excel or Tally.
  • Track, manage, and reconcile all client payments (GST & Non-GST).
  • Send payment reminders to clients before the due date via messages/calls and ensure timely collections.
  • Prepare and share GST invoices immediately after payments are received.
  • Maintain bank statements and update accounting records for every transaction across all accounts.
  • Maintain a separate monthly financial report including:
  • All payments received from clients.
  • All company expenses (with remarks for each debit/credit transaction).
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all financial records and reports

Additional Office Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly payroll for employees based on biometric attendance and share with management.
  • Calculate monthly sales incentives for the sales team as per the given models.
  • Maintain accurate records of all employee-related payments and reimbursements.
  • On alternate days, perform basic recruitment outreach through LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Build and update a talent pool.
  • Contact shortlisted candidates using the qualification checklist.
  • Schedule interviews with management.

Key Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of Accounting principles and hands-on experience with Excel and/or Tally.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication skills (for client reminders and recruitment coordination).
  • Ability to multitask between accounting and basic administrative responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in accounting, payroll, or finance will be preferred.
