Position: PLC Engineer

Experience: 2 - 4 Yrs

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

Must have actual Work Experience for below:

 PLC ( ABB, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi Delta.)

 LabVIEW programming and trouble shooting

 SCADA (Ignition SCADA, Wonderware (AVEVA), and Siemens WinCC)

 HMI (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta )

 VFD (Mitsubishi, Delta ,Inovance, Siemens etc.)

 Servo Systems (Inovance, Mitsubitshi, ABB)

 Programing Language ( Lab View , Ladder, FBD)

 DCS ( ABB)

 Understanding of Electrical drawing ( Auto cad, Eplan)

Responsibilities:

 Design and develop PLC programs for new and existing systems.

 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC hardware and software.

 Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement system enhancements.

 Conduct routine maintenance and updates to PLC systems.

 Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

 Provide training and support to staff on PLC systems and functionalities.

 Optimize PLC performance to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability.

 Develop and maintain software applications using LABVIEW.

 Implement and test software modules to ensure they meet project requirements.

 Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise.

 Document software design, code, and testing procedures.

 Provide technical support and training to other team members.

 Experience in vision based system and troubleshooting

Skills:

 Proven experience as a PLC Engineer or similar role.

 Strong understanding of PLC hardware and software, including programming languages such as ladder logic.

 Familiarity with industrial control systems and automation standards.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
