Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview : We're looking for a data-driven problem solver who can turn noise into clarity. As a Business Intelligence Analyst focused on product quality and system performance, you'll be working at the intersection of healthcare technology, embedded systems, and real-world data coming from hospitals across the globe.
Our product is a continuous patient monitoring system used in clinical environments, combining hardware devices and embedded software. You'll analyze everything from device data and defect logs to QA outcomes and system usage patterns—helping us uncover what's working, what's not, and what needs to be fixed.
Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, quality initiatives, and engineering priorities—ultimately making our product more reliable, scalable, and impactful in real-world settings. Responsibilities

• Analyze system data, field issues, QA results, and usage patterns across hospitals and regions
• Identify trends in defects, hardware/software reliability, and regression behaviour
• Create dashboards and visualizations that surface real-time and historical insights
• Interpret embedded system logs and product telemetry to identify root causes
• Monitor key product and quality KPIs (defect leakage, MTBF, alert noise, resolution times)
• Collaborate with QA, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to close the loop between insight and action
• Evaluate and improve internal QA processes and test coverage based on metrics
• Work with tools like Jira, TestRail, or log analysis platforms to pull, clean, and structure relevant data 
• Suggest data-informed improvements for future product iterations

Requirement

• 3–6 years of experience in BI/Data Analytics, pr with exposure to Product, embedded systems, or healthcare technology
• Strong SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Experience interpreting structured and unstructured data from QA systems, product logs, or device telemetry
• Understanding of product concepts.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize insight-driven action
• Bonus: experience working with embedded systems, IoT products, or medical device
