We are searching for a highly creative and trend-savvy
UGC Scriptwriter
to join our Marketing team. You will be the narrative architect behind our viral campaigns, responsible for transforming core product messages into short, engaging, and highly authentic User-Generated Content (UGC) scripts. If you live and breathe short-form content, understand the nuances of a viral hook, and can craft stories that feel genuine, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a high volume of engaging, on-brand
    UGC scripts
    seconds) tailored specifically for
    vertical video platforms
    (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Conduct continuous research on viral trends, popular audios, competitor content, and evolving platform formats to ensure scripts are timely and maximize performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creator Management team to adapt script concepts based on creator strengths, feedback, and demographic suitability.
  • Clearly articulate scene descriptions, on-screen text, and voiceover cues to ensure flawless execution by creators.
  • Analyze script performance data (hook rate, watch time) to refine future creative strategies and optimize conversion potential.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience (2+ year) in
    short-form digital scriptwriting
    and creative content development.
  • An exceptional portfolio demonstrating the ability to write
    authentic, relatable UGC scripts
    that have achieved high engagement.
  • Proficiency in
    Hinglish and English
    .
  • Deep understanding of the
    UGC aesthetic
    —knowing how to make content look organic and "unfiltered."
  • Ability to handle high-volume demands while maintaining creative quality and strategic alignment.
