Job Summary:

We are hiring a Coupa Functional Lead with 8+ years of experience to support and enhance our Coupa Procure-to-Pay platform. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Coupa and other P2P tools (Ariba, Oracle Procurement, Ivalua), with a proven track record of managing configurations, integrations, and user support across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead configuration and functional support for Coupa modules: P2P, CLM, Sourcing, and more.
  • Provide day-to-day administration, including patching, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with ERP and IT teams for seamless integration and data mapping.
  • Maintain documentation for all Coupa configurations and changes.
  • Conduct user training, UAT support, and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security and change control policies.
  • Provide off-hours/weekend support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in P2P systems; minimum 3 years in Coupa or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Coupa modules and configuration.
  • Experience with ERP integrations and data mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in finance/accounting or related domains is a plus.
  • Ability to work across global teams (North America & EMEA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Coupa Risk Assess.
  • Exposure to Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or Ivalua.
  • Prior experience in BFSI or enterprise environments.
