  • Deliver food or products to customers in a timely and efficient manner, following the designated route and safety protocols.
  • Route Planning:
  • Use navigation tools and maps to plan the most efficient delivery routes.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide a friendly and professional customer experience during each delivery. Ensure that customers receive their orders in good condition.
  • Safety Standards:
  • Adhere to traffic rules, road safety guidelines, and company-specific safety protocols during the ride.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer details, delivery time, and product condition. Report any issues or delays to the supervisor promptly.
  • Vehicle Maintenance:
  • Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and regularly serviced. Report any issues related to the vehicle promptly.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Check the items for delivery before setting out and confirm with customers that all items are received correctly.
