What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java back-end development, particularly with the Spring Boot framework.
  • Real-world experience with Continuous Delivery principles and tools like Kubernetes, EKS, and Docker.
  • Familiarity with Microservices design and MonoRepos concepts.
  • Strong understanding of Design Patterns, Architectural Blueprints, UML, and Application Design.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
  • Good understanding of application scaling.
  • Ability to write unit test cases and REST API test cases.

Bonus Points For:

  • Knowledge of AWS or similar cloud components (
    API Gateway, Workflow orchestration, Serverless applications
    ).
  • Experience with stateful applications and web sessions.
  • Familiarity with DynamoDB.
