- Create care plans and ensure proper patient care.
- Monitor patient progress.
- Ensure all staff follow safety and hygiene standards.
- Train new staff and manage scheduling efficiently.
- Handle scheduling and manage daily operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff.
- Address concerns or emergencies in a timely manner.
