We're Hiring: Project Director - Super-Speciality Hospital Project

Location: Gurgaon

CTC: Up to 60 LPA

Experience: 15 Years in Hospital & Infrastructure Projects

Project Type: 500-bed Greenfield Hospital

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Director with deep expertise in hospital infrastructure delivery to lead a landmark 500-bed super-speciality hospital project in Gurgaon. This is a greenfield EPC project requiring a high-performing leader who can oversee everything from design management to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the hospital project, from design development through execution and commissioning.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams: civil, interiors, MEPF, medical gas systems, medical equipment integration, etc.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and client representatives for seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, Fire Safety, NBC, and MEP/HVAC guidelines.
  • Drive cost control, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Supervise design reviews, construction schedules, billing verification, and statutory approvals.
  • Implement robust safety, quality, and documentation processes throughout the lifecycle.
  • Utilize modern tools and systems for micro-scheduling, progress tracking, and MIS reporting.
  • Maintain stakeholder communication including client updates, PMC reporting, and vendor coordination.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's or Executive Education (IIM/IIT etc.) is a plus.
  • 15 years of experience, with at least 2 completed hospital projects (250 beds) in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong exposure to greenfield hospital infrastructure, preferably in EPC format.
  • Familiarity with Turnkey Healthcare Projects, Medical Planning, and building services integration.
  • Strong stakeholder management - worked with clients like Fortis, AIIMS, NBRC, etc.
  • Expertise in handling urban infra approvals (NDMC, DFS, UTTIPEC, etc.) is a bonus.

Preferred Background

  • Managed hospital or medical institution projects upwards of 300 Cr.
  • Knowledge of international quality & sustainability standards (e.g., IGBC, GRIHA, LEED).
