Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals, manage a team of sales professionals, and foster relationships with existing and potential clients. The role involves collaborating with marketing teams, analyzing sales metrics to identify growth opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Growth, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM Tools, Data Analysis, and Sales Reporting
  • Understanding of the automotive industry and extended warranty offerings is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Adaptability, goal-oriented mindset, and a results-driven approach
