About the Role

We are looking for a
Visual Graphic Designer
who can combine creativity, design expertise, and technical skills to deliver impactful digital and branding experiences. The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing for
web, mobile, and marketing assets
with strong knowledge of
Webflow
for website execution. This role also involves leveraging
AI-driven workflows
to optimize design delivery, and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Web & UI/UX Design
  • Create
    UI/UX designs
    for responsive web applications, dashboards, and mobile interfaces.
  • Design and manage
    Webflow websites
    , ensuring seamless user experience and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into engaging design solutions.
  • Branding & Marketing Assets
  • Deliver compelling
    branding assets
    including logos, brochures, presentations, packaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Design engaging
    digital creatives
    for campaigns, social media, and events.
  • Work together with video editor to create
    video ads, motion graphics, and explainer videos.
  • AI & Workflow Optimization
  • Integrate
    AI-driven tools
    into the creative process to reduce timelines and improve efficiency.
  • Develop scalable workflows for faster project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Design, Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
    (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–6 years of professional experience in
    graphic design, UI/UX, and branding.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Webflow
    with hands-on experience building and managing websites.
  • Proficiency in design tools:
    Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and Canva
  • Familiarity with
    AI-based design tools
    is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across
    web, UI/UX, and branding.
  • Experience in
    motion graphics and video design.
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to balance
    creativity with deadlines
    in a fast-paced environment.
