Job Description – Weaving Supervisor (Textile Industry – Spinning/Weaving)

Location: Focal Point, Ludhiana

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹17,000 CTC

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Textile

Experience: 2–3 years in Textile Industry (Home Furnishing Products)

Responsibilities:

Supervise weaving operations on the shop floor

Monitor loom performance and ensure production targets are achieve

Maintain quality standards for woven fabrics as per buyer requirements

Coordinate with the production team for smooth workflow

Identify and resolve issues in weaving processes to minimize downtime

Maintain shift records and daily production reports

Guide and train operators/workers for efficient machine handling

Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are followed in the weaving area

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of weaving processes (spinning/weaving in textiles)

Experience in home furnishing textile products preferred

Good leadership and communication skills

Ability to handle workforce and maintain discipline on the shop floor
