We are hiring qualified and compassionate Staff Nurses to provide high-quality patient care across various units. Candidates should have strong clinical skills, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Administer medications, injections, and assist doctors during procedures and rounds.
  • Monitor vitals, maintain treatment records, charts, and documentation.
  • Handle admissions, discharges, shifting, and specimen collection.
  • Assist in emergency care including triage, CPR, IV access, and patient stabilization (Casualty).
  • Manage critically ill patients and operate ICU equipment like monitors, ventilators, and pumps (ICU).
  • Provide specialized neonatal care, monitor feeding/oxygen, and assist in NICU procedures with strict aseptic practices (NICU).
  • Maintain infection control, unit cleanliness, equipment sterilization, and sub-stock levels.
  • Communicate effectively with patient relatives and coordinate with other departments.
  • Follow all hospital policies and instructions from Nursing Supervisors.

Qualifications

  • GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
  • Kerala Nursing Council Registration – Mandatory
  • Experience preferred; freshers may also apply
