We are looking for a skilled Senior Medical Writer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team at Syneos Health, contributing to the development of high-quality medical content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing and editing medical documents, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and edit medical documents, including clinical trial applications, protocols, and informed consent forms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, scientists, and regulatory affairs professionals.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of medical documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in pharmaceuticals and life sciences.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior writers and other team members as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical writing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations, GCP guidelines, and ICH standards.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and project management principles is desirable.
