Sr. Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a 
creative and detail-oriented Architect
 with strong expertise in

residential and interior design to join our team in 
Jalandhar
. The ideal candidate will design

functional, aesthetic, and regulation-compliant residential and commercial spaces aligned

with modern and client-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Lead architectural design for residential and commercial projects including 
floor

plans, elevations, and 3D models
.

∙Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and visually

appealing designs.

∙Prepare 
concept, schematic, and working drawings
 using AutoCAD, Revit,

SketchUp, or related software.

∙Ensure all designs comply with 
local building by-laws and municipal regulations
.

∙Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the project cycle.

∙Provide design input for 
interior layouts, façade treatments, and material

selections
.

∙Conduct 
site visits
 for measurement, supervision, and design validation.

∙Support the approval and documentation process for 
building plans and permits
.

Required Qualifications:

∙
Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch)
 from a recognized institution.

∙Minimum 
5–8 years
 of experience in residential/commercial design projects.

∙Proficiency in 
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion
.

∙Strong design portfolio showcasing completed residential work.

Excellent 
communication and visualization
 skills.
