Job Title: Office and Accounts Coordinator (Female Only)
Job Summary:
Pebble Innovations is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office and Accounts Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our daily operations, managing everything from front-desk activities to accounting, billing, and dispatch logistics. If you are a multitasking professional with hands-on experience in Catpro software, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Management: Serve as the first point of contact for the company, handling all incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Accounting & Billing: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including preparing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining financial records. Crucially, you will handle all billing operations using Catpro software.
- Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate and manage the entire dispatch process, ensuring materials are sent to suppliers and clients accurately and on time.
- Customer & Supplier Communication: Regularly call and correspond with customers regarding order status, payments, and delivery schedules. Liaise with suppliers for material coordination.
- Documentation: Maintain precise records of sales, purchases, and dispatches. Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience and proficiency with Catpro software for billing and accounting.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role involving administration, accounting, and coordination.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred.
