We are Hiring for SAAS Startup in Noida Location.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and leads.


• Manage Sustainiam's digital presence across website, email, social media, and newsletters.


• Lead content creation, including blogs, thought leadership, case studies, and product content.


• Plan and organize online and offline events such as product launches, panels, workshops, and

sustainability meetups.


• Produce podcast series featuring industry experts, team members, and thought leaders.


• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies.


• Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.


• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaigns and creative assets.


• Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends.


• Maintain a consistent and bold brand narrative across all touchpoints.

Requirements


• 4–6 years of experience in marketing and content roles, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or product-based

companies.


• Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing, content marketing, and analytics.


• Hands-on experience managing campaigns, content pipelines, and event planning.


• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.


• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.


• Familiarity with podcast production tools and event coordination is a plus.


• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.


• Passion for climate tech and sustainability is highly desirable.
