Job Responsibilities

1. Manage assets, materials and contracts for the core maintenance point
2. Monitor performance of fiber network against defined SLAs
3. Support O&M of infra and access electronics against defined SLAs
4. Provide details of fiber spans for inter, intra and access network
5. Coordinate with network operations center for issue resolution
6. Collaborate with O&M / ISP core team for critical issue resolution
7. Ensure sufficient material in CMP warehouse for fiber operation
8. Drive and monitor the KPI achievements
9. Ensure implementation of quality, health, safety, environment and fire policies
10. Maintain quality of fiber network and ensure quality of work during fault restoration

Education Requirement
BE in ENTC/ Mechanical/ Electrical

1. Knowledge in installation of optical equipment
2. Knowledge of OFC troubleshooting
3. Knowledge of quality, health, safety, environment and fire policies
4. Knowledge of fiber splicing
5. Collaboration skills
