Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced or Fresher's' travel sales staff. An ideal candidate must be energetic, dynamic, and have a can-do attitude, must have pleasing and persuasive personality. Your primary responsibility is to assist customers with their travel plans, sell travel products and services.

Ø Handle and respond to customer enquiries through phone, online chat and/or e-mails.

Ø Have an extensive knowledge of the travel products and services that you are selling, such as the destinations, tours, hotels, activities, and other travel-related services.

Ø Responsible for making reservations and bookings for customers.

Ø Handle and respond to customer complaints through phone, online chat and/or e-mails.

Ø Ensures all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company's processes and procedures.

Ø Meet sales targets set by your sales head.

Ø Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.

Ø Enter, update and maintain records of all bookings and payments, prepare invoices, and follow up with customers as required.

Ø Keep updated with company procedures and processes.

Ø Share customer feedback with relevant departments for further improvements.

Qualifications:

·     Fresher's or minimum 1- year experience in the travel and tourism Industry.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with our customers.

·  Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport building skills.

·   Knowledgeable with ticket portal (will be trained).

·   Self-motivated, energetic and able to achieve high results.

· Good team player to work collaboratively in a team environment.
