Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Excel, documentation, and report preparation. This is a backend role that requires excellent attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to support the sales team with accurate and timely reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new markets, areas, and customer segments
- Generate leads through field activities, promotions, and local partnerships
- Build and manage relationships with brokers, DSAs, merchants, and referral sources
- Promote company loan / credit card products and improve brand presence
- Conduct market surveys and collect competitor & customer insights
- Support sales team with localized campaigns and activations
- Achieve market penetration and lead generation targets
- Coordinate with sales and operations for smooth conversions
- Maintain activity reports, CRM updates, and MIS
- Ensure compliance and ethical sales practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in backend support / sales support roles preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work under deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
