Position Overview

We are seeking a Technician /Supervisor with a strong electrical background and leadership capability to manage site teams and support ongoing energy service projects. The ideal candidate must be technically proficient, organized, and capable of leading field operations efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education:
  • ITI in Electrical
  • 3-Year Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 6-1 year of experience in electrical supervision or related field
  • Licenses (Mandatory):
  • Valid Wireman License
  • Valid Driving License (Two-wheeler preferred)
  • Skills:
  • Strong technical and practical knowledge in electrical works
  • Ability to guide and supervise technician teams
  • Basic computer and reporting skills
  • Understanding of safety protocols and technical drawings
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities of electrical technicians on-site
  • Assign and monitor work tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot technical problems at project sites
  • Maintain logs and submit progress reports to management
  • Coordinate with engineers, clients, and site leads
  • Support training and development of technicians
