Job Description – SAP Architect (SD)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support assignments within the SAP S/4HANA SD module.
  • Configure and manage full pricing procedures—condition types, access sequences, condition tables, pricing determination, and related components.
  • Oversee the complete OTC cycle: sales, delivery, billing, returns, credit/debit memos, and account determination.
  • Set up and manage enterprise structure, material master, customer master, Bills of Material, and partner determination.
  • Handle condition exclusion rules, condition supplements, and all output types for sales, delivery, and billing.
  • Work with replenishment and backorder processing in S/4HANA.
  • Use relevant FIORI apps for S/4HANA Sales.
  • Create business blueprints, functional specifications, and solution documentation independently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integration with MM, EWM, and FI-CO.
  • Perform basic ABAP debugging for issue analysis (preferred).
  • Deliver production support, conduct RCA, and ensure ongoing process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory:

  • 8–12 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD.
  • 2–3 full lifecycle implementation projects (automotive industry experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of integration with MM, EWM, and FI-CO.

  • Deep knowledge of:

  • Pricing configuration

  • Partner determination & output types
  • Condition exclusion & supplements
  • Enterprise structure & OTC processes
  • Material and customer master setups
  • Backorder & replenishment functionalities
  • Business blueprinting & functional documentation

Good to Have:

  • ABAP knowledge with basic debugging capabilities.
