Location: Noida | Kochi | Gujarat | LP

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Partner Network to join a fast-growing Ed-tech organization. This is a senior, high-ownership role focused on partner acquisition, relationship management, and driving B2B business growth across categories and territories.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify, acquire, and develop strategic relationships with potential partners


• Onboard partners and manage long-term relationships while driving business growth


• Review weekly funnels with partners and internal KAM/BDM teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks


• Ensure efficient lead utilization through strong follow-ups, low TAT, and high connectivity


• Conduct regular feedback and performance review calls with partners


• Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams to ensure effective closures


• Own partner performance and revenue growth for the B2B vertical

What We're Looking For


• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field


• 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales


• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills


• Proven ability in concept selling and understanding customer and business challenges


• High attention to detail with a structured approach to execution


• Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment


• Strong interest in education, innovation, and impact-driven work
