Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Bhubaneswar. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring quality control, coordinating with civil engineers, and managing structural engineering tasks. Day-to-day tasks include supervising construction sites, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining open communication with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in on-site construction supervision and managing on-site activities
  • Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in quality control practices to ensure construction standards are met
  • Knowledge of structural engineering principles and techniques
  • Ability to work closely with civil engineers on project planning and execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in construction management or engineering are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
