Job Description

Job Profile as below :-
1. Follow company's Safety instructions and 3S activities.2. Handle all the quality issue ( supplier and in-process).3. Conduct audits on manufacturing runs to ensure compliance with the established quality system and control plan.4. Provide training to all related personnel whenever new or updated specification.5. Establish Work Instruction (WI) and Enhance existing WI and Procedure.6. To prepare the following quality documents:- a. Control plan b. Process flow chart c. PFMEA , d. QC Info, e. In-coming inspection standard, f. Out-going inspection standard g. Work Instruction , h. Incoming QC GRN.7. Attend to internal compliant and able to presents the Corrective action in front of the superior.8. Organize emergency meeting as per abnormality procedure.9. Check implementation and effectiveness of corrective action taken.10. To plan and organize testing analysis.11. To Support and conduct supplier quality audit.12. To ensure proper maintenance and well being of entire measuring equipment's13. To plan and organize calibration activities.14. Plan, organize and implement statistical quality report. 15. Qualify the operators in defined qualification areas such as Brazing, Leak text, FI & DI.16. Prepare dept. employees Skill matrix and time to time provide on job training.17. Having knowledge of ISO/IATF documentation as per line requirement.18. Knowledge of innstruments handelling, operating and calibration- Vernier, Micrometer, height gauge, contracer, roughness tester.19. Knowledge of drawing.20. Any other additional duties that might be instructed by immediate superior which is within the employee capacity and capabilities.
