Job Description

We are seeking a
product manager
with around
1 year of experience
in product management, preferably in
fintech, content platforms, or SaaS
. The ideal candidate is passionate about product development, user experience, and growth. You will work closely with design, tech, marketing, and content teams to plan, execute, and scale features that improve our portal's performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for
    Trade Brains portal.

  2. Conduct
    market research and competitor analysis
    and gather user feedback to identify opportunities.

  3. Collaborate with
    engineering
    ,
    design
    , and
    marketing teams
    to deliver features on time.

  4. Monitor
    product performance
    using analytics tools, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.

  5. Translate business requirements into
    clear product specifications
    and
    wireframes.

  6. Prioritize
    product backlog
    and
    manage sprint planning
    with the tech team.

7.
Track KPIs
such as
user engagement,
retention,
and
revenue impact.

  1. Support
    A/B testing
    and feature experiments to optimize
    UX and conversions.

Requirements

1.
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

2.
1+ year
of product management experience (internship + full-time combined acceptable).

  1. Strong understanding of
    product lifecycle
    ,
    wireframing,
    and
    agile methodologies

  2. Basic knowledge of
    analytics tools
    (Google Analytics, Mix panel, or similar).

  3. Excellent communication and
    stakeholder management
    skills.

  4. Passion for
    fintech
    ,
    stock markets
    , and digital platforms is a plus.
