About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative self-starter and quick learner to join our team as a Graphic Designer. This work-from-home role offers flexibility but requires the candidate to be available to come to the office located in Bangalore when called for. You will be responsible for translating marketing concepts into compelling visual assets for various campaigns, focusing on design ideas, creation, and final execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create integrated marketing visuals and assets based on
    market segments
    to support new customer acquisition.
  • Compile regular reports
    of design performance and provide visual data insights.
  • Improve new campaign designs using
    data and feedback
    from existing and previous campaigns.
  • Ideating & creating design ideas
    for campaigns, as well as preparing final files for digital and print use.
  • There will be a 2 month probation period each candidate has to go through and will have a Performance Evaluation at the end of the period.
  • Salary index - 12,000 to 15,000
  • Increment of the Individual after 6 months based on performance

Must-Have Requirements

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (for collaborating with marketing and content teams).
  • High Creativity skills (for unique and fresh design requirements).
  • Good problem-solving skills (for overcoming technical design challenges and adapting assets).

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Preference to Freshers wit 0 to 1 years of experience.
  • Ability to manage several design projects simultaneously
    .
  • A good understanding of
    current graphic design trends
    and brand consistency.
  • Adobe Certified Professional (ACP)
    in Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
  • Self-starter
    who takes a
    pro-active approach
    to design solutions and platform specifications.
  • Quick learner
    of new design software and technologies.
