We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer / Tech Lead to design and deliver mission-critical, high-availability systems that support complex, real-time operations. This role involves building scalable backend services, modern microservices architectures, and responsive frontend applications while guiding technical decisions and ensuring engineering excellence across the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong in .NET Core / .NET 8, C#, Microservices, ReactJS, and database design, and is comfortable working in fast-paced, 24×7 operational environments.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and .NET 8.
• Build robust and scalable backend services using C#.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and availability for real-time operational usage.

Architecture & Microservices

• Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
• Lead decomposition of monolithic systems into independently deployable services.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Drive scalability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.

Frontend Development

• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure feasibility and consistency of UI/UX designs.
• Design modular and micro-frontend architectures with independent deployment.
• Apply best practices for frontend security and performance.

Database & Performance Optimization

• Design and manage databases using MySQL (preferred) or MSSQL Server.
• Write optimized SQL/T-SQL queries with indexing and performance considerations.
• Handle high-volume transactional data with consistency and reliability.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Translate complex operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in and lead design discussions, code reviews, and release planning.
• Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Debug, refactor, and enhance existing systems.
• Build reusable components, frameworks, and shared libraries.
• Maintain clear technical documentation throughout the SDLC.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise

• 5–8 years of experience as a .NET / Full Stack Developer, with ownership of complex systems.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• C#
• Microservices Architecture

• ReactJS

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend practices.
• Proficiency in MySQL (preferred) or MSSQL Server.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL optimization skills.

Architecture & Deployment

• Experience with modular frontend and micro-frontend architectures.
• Understanding of deployment strategies including build-time, run-time, and server-side integration.
• Strong awareness of performance optimization and application security best practices.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-availability, real-time systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mission-critical or 24×7 operational systems.

• Familiarity with event-driven or distributed system architectures.
• Domain experience in aviation or large-scale operations is a plus.
