About the Role:

  • Position: International Process Customer Support
  • Mode: Night Rotational Shift From Home
  • Shift: Night Rotational Shift

Salary Structure:

  • Chat Salary : 12-13k (Take home after deductions)
  • Semi-voice Salary : 15k-19k (Take home after deductions)
  • Voice Salary : 19-27k (Take home after deductions)

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Minimum Education: 12th pass.
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
  • Use CRM tools effectively.
  • Fluent English communication (Voice/Chat) is essential.
