Role Overview

We are looking for a
detail-oriented and driven E-commerce Executive / Sr. E-commerce Executive
to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves
managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, optimizing product listings, coordinating with internal teams, and driving online sales growth
across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings
    (images, descriptions, pricing, keywords) across marketplaces (
    Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.
    ) and brand website.
  • Monitor daily sales, inventory, and order fulfillment
    to ensure smooth operations.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers
    in alignment with marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams
    for timely order processing.
  • Track and analyze platform performance, prepare sales reports
    , and suggest growth strategies.
  • Stay updated on
    e-commerce trends and competitor activities
    to enhance market presence.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of
    e-commerce operations and marketplace management
    .
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
    (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting).
  • Good
    coordination and communication skills
    for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
    and problem-solving ability.
  • Prior experience in
    personal care, FMCG, or lifestyle brands
    is a plus.
