We are seeking a warm and proactive Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional dining experience at our cafe. This role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling billing, and ensuring a memorable visit for each guest. Is role mein guests ka swagat karna, unka order lena, food aur beverages serve karna, billing handle karna, aur har guest ke liye ek yaadgar experience ensure karna shamil hai.

Associate ko tables clear aur reset karne, aur café ko clean aur tidy rakhne ki zimmedari bhi hogi.

  • Billing transactions process karna aur cash ya digital payment efficiently handle karna.
  • Tables clear karna, surfaces clean rakhna, aur café ki overall cleanliness maintain karna.
  • Guest inquiries ka jawab dena aur chhoti-moti problems resolve karke guest satisfaction badhana.
