We are seeking a warm and proactive Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional dining experience at our cafe. This role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling billing, and ensuring a memorable visit for each guest. The associate will also maintain cleanliness by clearing and resetting tables, and keeping the cafe tidy. / Hum ek warm aur proactive Guest Service Associate ki talash mein hain jo hamare café mein ek exceptional dining experience provide kar sake.

Is role mein guests ka swagat karna, unka order lena, food aur beverages serve karna, billing handle karna, aur har guest ke liye ek yaadgar experience ensure karna shamil hai.

Associate ko tables clear aur reset karne, aur café ko clean aur tidy rakhne ki zimmedari bhi hogi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guests ka warmly swagat karna aur unhe ek friendly, personalized service dena.
  • Orders dhyan se lena aur time pe table service dena.
  • Billing transactions process karna aur cash ya digital payment efficiently handle karna.
  • Tables clear karna, surfaces clean rakhna, aur café ki overall cleanliness maintain karna.
  • Guest inquiries ka jawab dena aur chhoti-moti problems resolve karke guest satisfaction badhana.
