  • Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to clients' questions and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each client.
  • Ensure a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling client data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, immigration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in visa counseling or immigration consultancy is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of visa regulations and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
