Were Hiring: Reactive Sales Executive – Gurgaon (Delhi NCR)

Location: Gurgaon, Delhi NCR

Salary: 15,000 – 18,000 (Based on Interview Performance)

Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Off)

Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

Eligibility: Male / Female | Age up to 27 years

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Reactive Sales Executive to handle inbound leads for birthday parties, corporate bookings, walk-ins, and referral sales.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for revenue generation through quick responses, tailored packages, and smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound calls, website inquiries, social media messages & walk-ins

Convert leads into confirmed bookings (parties/events/corporate)

Maintain daily lead logs, CRM entries, and follow-ups

Upsell packages, F&B services, and gaming add-ons

Coordinate with banquet, restaurant, billing & gaming teams for seamless operations

Share daily & weekly sales reports with booking pipeline updates

Ensure 90%+ guest satisfaction with zero miscommunication

Target-Driven Goals

Deliver exceptional guest experience

Who Should Apply

Freshers with excellent English communication skills OR

6–12 months of telesales / hospitality / events / QSR sales experience

Strong negotiation, coordination & guest-handling skills

Comfortable with weekends, holidays & rotational shifts

Organized, target-oriented & familiar with basic CRM / MS Excel
