Admission Counselor

The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, providing accurate information about the school's programs, values, and facilities, and ensuring a smooth and professional enrollment experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Counsel prospective parents and students about the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission criteria.
• Maintain records of inquiries, applications, and enrollment statistics.
• Coordinate campus visits, entrance assessments, and interaction sessions.
• Assist in developing and executing admission campaigns and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for school promotions and events.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads to achieve admission targets.
• Support parent engagement and orientation programs.

• Uphold confidentiality and provide accurate, ethical information at all times.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
• Experience in counselling, sales, or customer service preferred.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
