Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join us full-time as an Event Sales & Design Executive. This role sits at the exciting intersection of sales and design, offering you the opportunity to take ownership of both client-facing and creative responsibilities. You'll work directly with clients to bring their event visions to life and ensure smooth execution from start to finish. This unique opportunity is perfect for talented, confident individuals motivated to build a career in events.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction:
  Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements for events, ensuring their vision aligns with Pomply's services.
• Design Execution:
  Lead the creative process—ideating and designing event decor, including layout, themes, color schemes, floral arrangements, and overall aesthetic. Customize offerings to meet client preferences and elevate their experience.
• On-the-Ground Event Support:
  Be actively involved in event setup and execution, ensuring the design is implemented flawlessly and the guest experience is seamless. This includes overseeing the decoration, logistics, and troubleshooting any issues on-site.
• Sales Process Management:
  Guide clients from initial consultation through to booking. Provide transparent pricing, explain package details, and assist clients with customizing their event based on their vision and budget.
• Project Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records, including design briefs, client communications, and event plans, ensuring smooth internal handoffs and timely execution.
• Contribute to Innovation:
  Actively contribute ideas for new decor concepts, themes, and services that align with Pomply's innovative ethos. Help shape new offerings and solutions that push the boundaries of micro-events.

  You have a strong sense of design, color theory, and visual storytelling. You can translate client ideas into engaging event concepts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent Communicator:
  Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. You enjoy building relationships with clients and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Event Enthusiast:
  You have a passion for events and enjoy the fast-paced nature of event planning and design. Experience in the event industry or a related field is a plus.
• Team Player:
  You're comfortable working within a small, agile team (2-10 employees) and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Local to Bengaluru:
  You're able to work from our Whitefield office and are flexible to be on-site for events during weekends or evenings when necessary (compensated with time off).
• Long-Term Focus:

Compensation:
