Education:


• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related.


• M.S./Ph.D. in AI, NLP, or Speech Processing is a plus for senior roles.

Experience:


• 2–4 years (junior) or 5–8 years (senior) in ML model development/fine-tuning.


• Hands-on with Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LoRA, PEFT.


• Experience training/fine-tuning LLMs, ASR/TTS, or domain-specific embeddings.


• Familiarity with distributed training (DeepSpeed, FSDP, Megatron-LM) and GPU optimization.


• Deployment on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) with Kubernetes or ECS/EKS.
