A Personal Care Category Brand is looking for a senior NPD & Operations Executive to join our growing team.

What you'll do:

  • Drive end-to-end new product development from brief to launch.
  • Coordinate with vendors, fragrance houses & labs for formulation, testing & approvals.
  • Manage timelines, cost negotiations, and supplier coordination.
  • Oversee packaging development with a focus on aesthetics, sustainability & brand fit.
  • Having good exposure of Beauty and Skincare category brands.
  • Understands the latest trends in Indian and global skincare and Body care premium brands.

What we're looking for:

  • 1–2 years' experience in NPD, Operations, or Category roles (Beauty/FMCG preferred).
  • Strong project management, vendor handling, negotiation & packaging sense.
  • Aesthetic eye for product and design, with a good understanding of global beauty trends.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; good communication & documentation skills.

Qualification:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Cosmetic Technology / Chemistry or related field. (Preferred)
