Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Candidates residing in Thane or nearby areas preferred)

Experience: Minimum 8 years

Qualification: Inter CA / CA Final (at least one group cleared)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with strong accounting, taxation, and financial management experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage end-to-end accounting operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Support in audit preparation and coordination with internal and statutory auditors.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in finalization of accounts and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Inter CA or at least one group of CA Final cleared (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
