Information Security Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in updating and maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures to align with compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders during compliance assessments, audits.
  • Monitor security controls, perform regular assessments, and report compliance status.
  • Track and follow up on Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) findings to ensure timely remediation.
  • Maintain and update compliance documentation, audit evidence, and risk registers.
  • Support the development of security awareness training programs and ensure compliance with security best practices.
  • Assist in reviewing security logs, supporting security reviews, and providing documentation for risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and risk management teams to ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information security, IT, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Information Security, IT Security, or Compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls.
  • Basic understanding of security risk assessments, audit processes, and vulnerability management.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to manage compliance related tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for interacting with auditors, IT teams, and leadership.
  • Experience in security documentation, and compliance reporting.
  • Familiarity with security awareness training programs and employee engagement on compliance topics.
