Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support daily business reporting, sales analysis, stock tracking, financial coordination, and CRM-based insights. The role involves preparing accurate reports, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting management in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, MTD, and YTD sales reports for all branches.
  • Analyze sales trends, growth patterns, and category-wise performance.
  • Track staff sales performance, sales targets, and achievement levels.
  • Generate sales ranking reports by product, category, branch, and salesperson.
  • Monitor ATV (Average Transaction Value )andaverage ticket value and highlight variances.

2. Stock Management & Reporting

  • Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
  • Analyze stock ageing, fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock.
  • Update stock adjustments after physical stock checking and verification.

3. Incentives & Performance Tracking

  • Support in designing employee incentive structures.
  • Calculate monthly and quarterly incentives for staff and teams.
  • Share performance dashboards with management.

4. Financial & Accounts Support

  • Assist in preparingfinancial-related reports, including:
  • Collection vs sales
  • Profitability analysis
  • Expense and cost summary
  • Coordinate with accounts team for accurate data inputs.

5. CRM & Customer Insights

  • Work with CRM data to analyze:
  • Customer categories
  • Repeat customer behavior
  • Campaign performance
  • Support marketing by providing lead, enquiry, and conversion insights.

6. Management Reporting

  • Prepare MIS reports covering sales, stock, financial metrics, and performance KPIs.
  • Present summarized reports to management for decision-making.
  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
