Primary Objective :
To generate qualified leads, schedule sales appointments for Field guys & support the sales pipeline through outbound calling & follow-ups with prospective customers across target industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting :
Identify & contact decision-makers in target companies (e.g., Purchase Managers, Production Heads, Factory owners.
Use CRM, Industry Directories, Linkedin & other B2B databases to gather contact information
Qualify leads based on pre-defined criterias (e.g., Product fit, Industry relevance & Production capacity).
- Cold - calling & Outreach :
Make outbound calls to introduce the Company's product & services (e.g., PUR Hot melt Adhesives).
Clearly communicate product benefits, especially technical applications like Edge-Banding OR Flat-Lamination.
Handle Objections professionally & persuasively.
- Appointment Setting :
Schedule maeetings OR product demos for field sales engineers OR Sales Managers.
Co-ordinate Calendars & confirm appointment logistics with both Parties.
- CRM & Data Management :
Maintain accurate & updated records of all calls, responses & outcomes in the CRM.
Track lead stages (e.g., contacted, interested, follow-up & trial scheduled).
Flag & forward high potential leads to the Business Development & Sales teams.
- Follow-Up & Nurturing :
Conduct timely follow-ups on interested leads & trial users.
Send product brochures, company profile, technical datasheets, trial feedback forms, etc, over Email OR Whatsapp.
Guage responses & nudge leads towards Conversions.
- Market Intelligence Gathering :
Capture relevant feedback on Competitors, Pricing expectations, Product needs & Market trends.
Share insights regularly with the Marketing & Sales teams for Strategy updates.
- Collaboration & Reporting :
Work closely with Field Sales executives to ensure warm handovers.
Submit daily/weely reports on Calls made, Leads generated, Meetings set & Follow-ups pending.
Participate in Weekly Sales huddles mock calls, roleplays OR Reviews.
KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) :
Number of outbound calls per day/Week
Qualified leads generated
Appointments scheduled
Lead-to-Meeting conversion rate
CRM accuracy & update compliance
Contribution to monthly sales funnel targets.
Preferred Skills :
Strong Verbal communication in English & other local languages.
Basic technical understanding of the product OR ability to Learn
Familiarity with CRM tools (ZOHO, Hubspot, etc.)
Pateince, persistence & customer-focused mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
