CINI would like to engage/ empanel multiple service providers. We kindly request you to submit your Quotation/s for Empanelment of Vendor for providing related Services as per enclosed details. The items to be quoted and supplied to CINI should meet quality specifications as laid out here under:

  1. Requirement of Food Vendors VEG/NON-VEG FOOD items (Providing Snacks Packet, Veg/Non-Veg Lunch and Buffet Lunch)

  2. Requirement of Vendors for supply of office stationery items

3. Requirement of Hotels for Providing Boarding, Lodging and Conference Hall Services with catering and restaurant services. (Hotel/Training Centres/Residential training centres)

  1. Requirement of Taxi (Small Cars/Hatchback, Mid. Size Car/Sedan, SUV & Luxury Cars Tempo traveller (seating capacity- 13, 15, 17, 18, 26)

5. Design, Development and Printing of IEC/Flex Services

Time frame: CINI intends to award the preferred vendor status for a period of two years and the contracting will be on yearly basis (21st April 2024 to 31st March The annual renewals will be based on the satisfactory past performance and revised quotation on mutual consent.

Quotation validity - must remain valid for minimum 30-60 days after the submission date. Should the need arise, however, the purchaser may request bidder to extend the validity period of their quotation. Rate mentioned in quotation should be valid till 31st March 2025.

Online submission mandates – The file must be in PDF/JPEG format and free from any virus or corrupted files. All the bids should clearly mention the name of the file as Service which the bidder is offering along with the name of the bidder and should be password protected. Please quote "Rate Contract of Vendor for Providing …………………… Services in ………..…..… District, Jharkhand" in your bid and all other related correspondences. Fill the blank spaces with service name and District name.
