Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and impactful designs for our diverse audience. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our brand identity and effectively communicating our products/services to a broader market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually compelling graphics for various marketing campaigns, social media platforms, print materials, and digital assets, catering to a multi cultural audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to understand design requirements and deliver design solutions that align with our brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Ensure designs are culturally sensitive and resonate with the target audience in different regions.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality and creativity.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs.
  • Excellent proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of visual communication principles, typography, and layout design.
  • Ability to adapt design styles and elements to cater to different cultures and preferences.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for staying at the forefront of design trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to handle constructive feedback to refine designs.
