Job Title: Feild Sale Officer

Location: Lucknow

Salary: Up to 27,600 CTC (Depending upon Last Drawn and Domain Experience)

Working Days: 6 days a week with rotational off

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Feild Sales Officers to join one of the dynamic BFSI sales team. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months of experience in HL/BFSI/MF/FD/Insurane Sales domain. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and actively driving Feild Sales to meet targets.

Note:

  • Two Wheeler and Driving License mandatory
  • Cibil Score must not be less than 680.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer professionally and efficiently.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Promote and sell Home Loan/FD/MF products or services over the Feild.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide excellent post-sales support.
  • Work in coordination with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a persuasive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational off.
