Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management

  • Provide strategic leadership to the architectural team, aligning project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and project managers.
  • Collaborate with other department heads (e.g., Engineering, Project Management, Sales) for cross-functional coordination.

Architectural Design & Planning

  • Oversee and review architectural designs to ensure functionality, sustainability, aesthetics, and compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to client requirements, budget, and timelines during the design phase.
  • Drive innovation in design, staying updated on trends, materials, and sustainable practices.

Project Oversight

  • Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Resolve design and construction challenges effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the key point of contact for high-level client interactions and approvals.
  • Present design proposals and progress reports to clients, partners, and senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Business Development & Strategy

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in architecture and allied services.
  • Participate in bids, proposals, and presentations for major architectural projects.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for the architecture division.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250, ₹300,000.00 per month
