The IT Supervisor is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing all hotel information systems and technology infrastructure. This role ensures the smooth functioning of operational systems—including PMS, POS, networking, telephony, and guest technologies—while providing exceptional technical support to hotel staff and maintaining strong cybersecurity standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Systems & Infrastructure Support
- Maintain and troubleshoot all hotel IT systems including PMS, POS, CRS, key card system, IPTV, PABX, Wi-Fi, and back-office applications.
- Monitor performance of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, servers, Wi-Fi access points).
- Ensure uptime, reliability, and functionality of all critical systems used for hotel operations.
2. Technical Support
- Provide daily IT support to all hotel departments, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Support guest connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, IPTV, business center equipment).
- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance for IT equipment.
3. Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Ensure antivirus, firewalls, and system patches are up to date.
- Manage user access control, password policies, and data backup procedures.
- Comply with brand IT policies, PCI DSS, and local cybersecurity requirements.
4. Project Management & Upgrades
- Assist in the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and technology enhancements.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, maintenance, and installations.
- Support hotel renovation, expansion, or IT rollout projects.
5. Administration & Documentation
- Maintain accurate IT documentation including network diagrams, asset lists, and system configurations.
- Monitor IT inventory and recommend necessary replenishment or upgrades.
- Prepare regular reports on IT performance, outages, and incidents.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of IT experience, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- Experience with hotel systems (PMS, POS, CRS, PABX, IPTV, key card system) preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Hands-on experience with network management (LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and cybersecurity best practices.

Working Conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
